Dnes sme odovzdali zbierku, ktorú sme zorganizovali v spolupráci s Centrom voľného času (CVČ) v Skalici pre Útulok v Skalici. Vďaka riaditeľke CVČ Dagmar Júzkovej, jej kolegom a deťom sa nám podarilo pozbierať veľké množstvo potrebných vecí pre zvieratá, ktoré sú umiestnené v útulku.

Touto aktivitou sme chceli pomôcť Útulku v Skalici a súčasne zlomiť stereotypy o tom, ako sa Rómovia správajú zle k psom. Je dôležité ukazovať, že zovšeobecňovanie na celú skupinu obyvateľov vytvára negatívny obraz a prináša do spoločnosti negatívne postoje k Rómom.

V aktivitách, ktoré budú pomáhať útulku budeme naďalej pokračovať.

Today we handed over the collection that we organized in cooperation with the Leisure Time Centre (CVČ) in Skalica for the Shelter in Skalica. Thanks to the director of the CVČ Dagmar Júzková, her colleagues and children, we managed to collect a large number of necessary things for the animals that are placed in the shelter.

With this activity we wanted to help the Shelter in Skalica and at the same time to break stereotypes about how the Roma behave badly towards dogs. It is important to show that generalizing to a whole group of people creates a negative image and brings negative attitudes towards Roma into society.

We will continue with activities that will help the shelter.
